How Blossom Bodyworks looks after the details you give us on this website.

What we collect

• When you ask to book: your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, the times that suit you and your message. We send a code to your email first, to check it’s yours.
• When you use the chat, which is an AI assistant: what you write in it. We keep a conversation for 12 months after your last message. After that it’s kept without your name or contact details, and may be used to improve the assistant.
• When you visit: which pages are viewed and where visitors came from. We count visits without cookies and don’t keep your IP address.

Why

To answer your request or question, arrange your visit, and see how the website is used. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who sees it

Blossom Bodyworks and the people who work with us. Warmbell runs this website for us: it stores the information on our behalf, on servers in Australia, and doesn’t use it for anything else.

Seeing or correcting your details

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Contact us at kayleezheng930@gmail.com. If you’re not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner.
